  • When our team first met, it just clicked! Three women with BIG dreams, all passionate about our small businesses. We crossed paths in college and instantly bonded over our love for entrepreneurship and event planning.

    Years of being vendors at markets opened our eyes to something we couldn't ignore—this industry needs a change.

    And that’s how our dream was born! We’re creating a brand new vendor experience—one that’s focused on community, collaboration, and lifting each other up.

    We’re not just throwing together any market—we’re curating an experience that’s unique, intentional, and designed with YOU in mind!

    No more endless rows of the same products over and over. Each show will feature a carefully selected mix of vendors, making sure that your business stands out and gets the attention it deserves.

    We put your brand, front and center! Throughout the market, we highlight gorgeous photos of vendors on big, beautiful screens, giving shoppers a closer look at what the market has to offer.

    We invest a large portion of our budget into targeted marketing, bringing in as many shoppers as possible to support you.

    Plus, we’re not just focused on the event—we’re dedicated to showcasing YOU and your business on our social media, giving every vendor the opportunity to shine and connect with our audience.

    And because we know show days can be long and tiring, we’ll keep you energized with snacks and water from our Southern Hospitality Station, so you can stay focused on what matters most—your business!

  • 5x6 Booths- $100

    5x12 Booths- $150

  • Secure Your Spot!
    A vendor fee is required to lock in your booth space, so don’t wait! Please note that all vendor fees are nonrefundable.

    What You’ll Need:
    Vendors are responsible for bringing everything needed for setup, including tables, chairs, décor, displays, and anything else to make your booth shine!

    Stay for the Fun!
    Your booth should remain open for the entire event—no early packing up! If an emergency comes up, just let us know, and we’ll be happy to work with you.

    Indoor Venue:
    This is an indoor market, providing a comfortable and inviting shopping experience for vendors and guests alike. We have limited space available for food trucks, which will be positioned in front of the building.

    Prohibited Items:

    • Alcohol

    • CBD Products

    • At this time, we are not accepting consultant-based businesses.

    Payment Details:
    If you are accepted as a vendor, you will receive an email from Cortni, our Director of Vendor Relations, along with an invoice from Square for payment. Cowgirl Capital Events will never request payment through social banking apps such as Venmo, Cash App, or PayPal.

    Official Communication:
    You will only receive official communication about this event via email from cowgirlcapitalevents@gmail.com. If we are unable to reach you by email, we may send a direct message from our official social media accounts @cowgirlcapitalevents. No individual from our team will ever contact you from a personal account. Please be cautious and stay alert for scammers.

    Vendor Limits:
    We take great care in curating a diverse and exciting lineup of vendors to ensure our market isn’t oversaturated. Because of this, your business may not be accepted if we already have vendors in your category. But don’t worry! If a spot opens up, we’ll reach out to you from our waitlist. We also encourage you to apply again for our next market—we’d love to see you there!
